This workshop was extremely transformative for me. I was familiar with utilizing a few of these crystals for protection in general but with the guidance and in depth meaning behind them, Lindsay opened up areas of protection I didn't even know I was missing. As the week progressed I had a greater understanding of not just needing protection from negative people, but from past traumas, environments, and even the negative voices in my own head. My gratitude knows no bounds for this exercise. Thank you to the whole Dream Den team for creating such powerful tools for all of us to use.
