In addition to its aesthetic value, Lapis Lazuli is known to enhance communication, promote inner peace and wisdom, and stimulate the third eye chakra. Lapis Lazuli is a popular stone for meditation and is often used in energy healing practices.
Crystal Practice: One crystal practice for Lapis Lazuli is to use it during meditation to enhance intuition and promote inner peace and wisdom. To begin, find a quiet and comfortable place to sit and hold the Lapis Lazuli in your hand. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and become present in the moment. Visualize the deep blue color of the Lapis Lazuli and imagine its energy flowing through your body, clearing your mind and enhancing your intuition. Stay in this meditative state for as long as you feel comfortable and when you are ready to end the meditation, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
